The Leadership team provides the strategic vision and administrative backbone for N.O.D. They focus on high-level advocacy, meeting with community partners and mental health councils to influence policy and resource allocation. During their sessions, they develop support services for client reentry, manage financial transparency, and ensure that every program—from creative arts to housing advocacy—operates with inclusivity and integrity.

OUR GRANT WRITERS

The Grant Writing team serves as the organization's financial engine. During each session, they research federal, state, and private funding opportunities that align with the mission of ending homelessness. They produce detailed, persuasive proposals and impact reports that secure the resources needed for daily operations and the street outreach program. Their work ensures that N.O.D. remains sustainable and capable of expanding its reach to more North Carolinians.

This team acts as the voice and face of the organization. During their creative sessions, they produce high-quality visual content, including flyers, videos, and social media campaigns that tell the stories of those we serve. By managing the organization’s digital presence and communication strategy, they turn abstract goals into compelling narratives that drive community awareness, foster donor engagement, and build a recognizable brand of advocacy and hope.
